How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Nexann@nexann.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at Nexann@nexann.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
