We offer a 15-day money back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within15 days of the purchase date. Please note that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at Nexann@nexann.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
